Amerevent's sidepole covers come in polysilk linen or
linen-look pvc if sidepole tubes. The cost depends upon the
amount of material needed and the labor required. Standard
pricing is for basic linen side pole cover drape.

Tents
and sidewalls are graded from a scale of A to C. The most commonly used
commercial grade is B, with BA or A being used for high end events and C
for simple weather and sun protection. Cost increases as you increase
from C to A, because the canvas is newer and additional cleaning and
preparation is needed.
Sidewalls are priced as "B" quality.
"BA" ("B+") rating is often available and when available for no
additional charge. Tears, punctures, seam separation and stains are
common and will be repaired onsite as found or reported. "A" quality
(formal, wedding grade) tents must be specified on the Event Order
line item and the
additional costs paid.
UNLESS
SELECT SERVICE IS INCLUDED ONSITE REPAIR AND CLEANING WILL OFTEN BE
REQUIRED AS INVENTORY IS MOVED FROM ONE INSTALLATION TO THE NEXT. EXPECT
SPOTS, STAINS, PARTICLES AND OFF ODORS AND TEARS AS EQUIPMENT IS
DELIVERED TO SITE. ALL OF THESE ARE HANDLED BY THE INSTALLATION CREW
BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TURNOVER TIME OF YOUR EQUIPMENT. OUR CREWS
HAVE INSTALLED THOUSANDS OF TENTS AND KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. You also
must know what to expect.
Event
Orders confirmed on a "BEST EFFORTS" basis (tents, tent types,
sidewalls, window walls, or clear walls) depend upon inventory and may
be grade C or above. BEST
EFFORTS events have no quality or availability guarantee unless SELECT
SERVICE is included and its additional costs are paid.

A |
"A" grade tents are top of the
line or wedding quality which means the tent is bright, crisp,
clean and free of spots or stains. Few pinholes, all sealed with
filler. Generally a nearly new top with under a dozen
uses. |

BA, B+ |
"BA" or "B+" tents are of nice
quality, still bright and clean but will possibly have some
minor spots or scuffing or a small repair mark. Scuffs or
pinholes sealed with filler. Often used in weddings when cost is
a consideration. |

B |
"B" tents are the middle of
the line, they look nice but the color will be faded and some
unnoticeable scuffing, stains, and repairs may be present.
Pin-holes to be sealed with filler, repairs and a few temporary
patches. Typically used for fairs, events and tent sales. |
|
|
C |
"C" means commercial grade.
These tents are structurally sound but will be faded, have large
stains or spots on them. May have a number of pin-holes and
repairs, some with temporary patching. These tents are most
commonly used for fairs, animal or equipment storage, auctions
or weather protection when appearance is not a consideration. |
