of Service ("T/C"), Definitions and Policies (altogether the "EO") and

("AEG"); (c) any use of EO is consideration of agreement; (d) that AEG may elect
to serve or not serve USER without recourse of any kind; (e) that EO is prepared
distributed and served from and from Madison County, IL; (f) that pricing, EO,
procedures, or any AEG data, feedback or unapproved communication shall not be
published or distributed to external parties for any reason, by any process or
used in any manner not approved by AEG's written consent; (f) that if I have a
dispute or issues I will resolve them only by the dispute resolution process at
https://www.amerevent.com/INFO/POLICY/POLICY-DRP/ (g) that all pricing is
subject to change at any time, and (h) AEG's provision of any quote, contract or
sales information is agreed to have a value greater than $1 and is consideration
for agreement to the T/C's and this clause, (i) appearance of items may differ
from website and items will be viewed at the warehouse to assure our needs are
met; (j) orders are subject to minimums; (k) pricing is subject to change prior
to contracting, and (l) all default, NDA and non-disparagement terms and
requirements apply to every action by and between the PARTIES.”
