RELEASE FORMS AND LIABILITY WAIVERS:
The
USER (renter) is responsible for its event and participants, with
Amerevent, the event organizer and the venue being held harmless. To use a mechanical
ride, the participant (or his/her legal guardian if under 18 yrs
old)
must sign a waiver and receive a wrist
band to the operator knows this. The waiver confirms they
understand rides can be dangerous, are participating at their
own risk and will cover any injuries or liabilities resulting
from it. (These rides are designated by the "waiver" box on the
contract line item listing.) WAIVERS help protect the
everyone, including the equipment renter and event organizer ("USER").
Ride
use signs must also
be posted at each entrance or next to each ride to reaffirm
everyone understands the conditions of use.
