CASINO DEALER SKILLS

POLICY-CDG

Casino game dealers are available in a number of skill levels and game  meet your event's individual needs and budget. Dealer cost per hour increases with grade level and game difficulty.

Dealers are independent professional contractors. Amerevent acts as USER's agent in screening and hiring. Per labor law, any person you work must be paid. No-shows for weather or other reasons average under 10%. A 15%-20% rate of extra support/fill-in dealers is recommended. This provides immediate replacements for dealers that fail to arrive and also allows for multiple dealers on craps and roulette tables to increase play.

Dealer availability depends upon event date. USER is charged for only the actual number and grade of individual dealers received and any excess payment will be refunded.

Dealers under grade 4 are for game play and not intended to teach game skills to your volunteer dealers.

Play in violation of law is not allowed.
